Elements Course – $150

6 one hour group classes. Clients new to CrossFit must complete our elements program. We run a new elements course once a month.

Element classes are  held on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm and Friday at 6pm.

Private Elements Course - $225

Test-Out Session - $25

Please have at least three months of prior experience at another certified CrossFit affiliate. Our trainers will evaluate both your current fitness level and your knowledge of CrossFit movements and terminology. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements you are welcome to continue to the regular classes
